Մեդիտացիա նրանց համար, ովքեր պատրաստ են հանդիպել և ծանոթանալ իրենք իրենց հետ, հանդիպել սեփական մութ կողմերի, վախերի, տրավմաների հետ, աշխատել, բուժվել, ազատվել անցյալում կուտակած էներգետիակ աղբից, սեփական մտքի կործանիչ աղմուկից։
Մեդիտացիա նրանց համար, ովքեր ցանկանում են սովորել լռել և լսել լռության մեջ։
Մեդիտացիա, որը կսովորեցնի գտնել լռություն աղմկոտ աշխարհում։
