So, 38 years old male patient with cough, sore throat, body weakness, body temperature 38,5, saturation 93%. 3rd day from the disease onset. Verified COVID 19 associated interstitial pneumonia, a GGO (“dry leaf”) focus, localized in left lower lobe’s S6 segment and nothing else. Yes, it can be unilateral!

Female patient, 78y. First CT 06.04.2020 at the fourth day from disease’s onset. Body temperature 37C, saturation 97%. On first CT only bilateral metatuberculosis pneumosclerosis foci were revealed. 14.04.2020. Body temperature 37,1C, saturation 89%, headache, weakness. Second CT showed multiple bilateral, mostly in right lower lobe focuses of GGO, consolidation and reticular changes.

38 years old female patient. 6th day from the onset of disease. At the moment of CT exam body temperature 37,8, saturation 92%, no other signs or symptoms. Verified COVID 19 interstitial pneumonia: bilateral GGO, reticular and consolidation pattern, right sided upper lobe subpleural “reversed halo sign”.

61 years old female patient with cough, dyspnea and headache. Body temperature 36,6, saturation 98%. 3rd day from the onset of the disease. Verified COVID 19 associated interstitial pneumonia in early stage. Bilateral GGO (dry leaf) lesions in subpleural parts of the lungs.

CT images of another patient with verified COVID 19 associated interstitial pneumonia. Bilateral, subpleural, located mostly in lower lobes focuses of GGO, consolidation and reticular changes.

First case of verified COVID 19 associated interstitial pneumonia in MC “Surb Grigor Lusavorich”. Right sided upper lobe consolidation pattern, right sired lower lobe GGO and reticular pattern, left sided upper lobe GGO pattern.
