Reconstruction Update.

The debris has been cleared away and all contents have been moved from upstairs down to the lower floors. There was wind and water damage. Looters also removed our water heater.

We got a couple quotes for rebuilding but the amounts were excessive so we had to find another contractor.

They are busy seeking out the materials and have agreed to start repairs next Monday. They expect the reconstruction to take 3 to 4 weeks maximum.

We hope to reopen the school by mid November. A solid date will be given in a future update once construction progresses.

Dear parents,

Learn Laugh & Play School suffered heavy damage due to the passing of Hurricane Irma. The roof needs to be replaced as well as many windows. We unfortunately can not say when we will reopen since we are unable to locate the materials, heavy equipment and manpower to begin the repairs. photos will be posted once the internet connection allows me to upload them.

Dear Media Partners,

The Minister of Education Culture Youth & Sports The Honorable Silveria Jacobs has decided to close all schools on Monday May 29th 2017 due to heavy rains, reports of heavy flooding throughout the island and overall poor weather conditions.

Take note that the EXAM Classes have officially been cancelled.

A follow up announcement will be issued later today indicating if schools will reopen on Tuesday May 30th 2017.

LLPS will be closed on Tuesday 3rd May as it was declared a public holiday. We will reopen on Wednesday May 4th at the usual time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

LLPS will be closed on Monday October 12th 2015 as it has been declared a national holiday. Constitution Day will be replacing Kingdom Day from now on.

Learn Laugh & Play School will be closed tomorrow Thursday August 27th due to the passing of Tropical Storm Erika as ordered by Prime Minister Marcel Gumbs and the E.O.C.

Learn Laugh & Play School will be open tomorrow Oct 16th at the regular time.

Telem replaced downed lamp post and GEBE restored the water supply this afternoon so we are able to open.

The lamp post in front of the school is being replaced. There was minimal damage inside the school. There is electricity but no water. If GEBE finishes replacing the light post and water is turned on and the EOC declares schools can open we will do so and post it on our page. But as of right now there is no water.
