TSH baja:
🔺 T4 libre alta: Hipertiroidismo primario
➖ T4 libre normal: Hipertiroidismo subclínico

TSH alta:
➖ T4 libre normal: Hipotiroidismo subclínico
🔻 T4 libre baja: Hipotiroidismo primario
✅ Si la TSH y T4 libre están normales: Eutiroideo.
