In cooperation with our partner we came together to move, connect, and enjoy a truly special and active moment in their beautiful store in the heart of Graz.

We attended the exclusive presentation of the new Falconeri yoga collection – feminine silhouettes, flowing materials, and natural elegance combining comfort and style 🧘🏼‍♀️

Our attendees enjoyed an in-store Mat Pilates class and received a special goodie bag 🤍

And a fun highlight of the night – our instructor Ivana, founder of Pilatesness, was even spotted teaching in the shop window 🤭✨

Side plank variations on the reformer 💫

By using the light box as support, we can adapt the exercise for any level and make it more accessible for those with weaker lateral muscles or the side of the core.

This allows them to engage and strengthen the lateral core while still maintaining control and feeling safe.

At we don’t aim for exercises that are so challenging that clients struggle to maintain proper form. Instead, we focus on building strength with control and progressing step by step ✨
