Komm mit uns auf eine 6-wöchige Transformationsreise, in der du wieder voll und ganz in deinem Körper und deiner Ausgeglichenheit ankommst. Durch den stressigen Alltag gerät sowohl unser physischer, als auch emotionaler Körper in Dysbalance - es ist Zeit das wieder zu ändern!
In jeder der 6 Sessions leiten wir dich durch sanftes Yoga und durch verschiedene Regulationsmethoden für dein autonomes Nervensystem. Die Wirkung darfst du nicht nur während den Sessions genießen, sondern du kannst sie in deinem Alltag anschließend ganz einfach selbst anwenden um in dir zur Ruhe zu kommen.

Während der 6 Wochen darfst du heilende Klänge, sowie eine wunderschöne Kakaozeremonie genießen und du wirst lernen, wie du dein Nervensystem durch somatische Übungen, Atemübungen sowie durch Yoga Techniken (darunter Yin-, Restoratives und Nidra-Yoga) regulierst.

Erlaube dir, dich voll und ganz deinem wahren Selbst hinzugeben!

Noch einmal auf Deutsch bitte:) Liebe Kufsteiner Yogis, ich sehe euch, ich ehre euch.
In den letzten fast 20 Jahren hatte ich das Vergnügen, in verschiedenen Studios und Yogafestivals in den USA und in ganz Europa zu unterrichten - von New Orleans bis Nantucket, von Innsbruck bis Amsterdam, Spanien, Deutschland und Italien, der Steiermark und Kitzbühel. Jede Erfahrung war einzigartig und wertvoll. Die aufrichtige Absicht und Integrität der Gemeinschaft leitet mich jede Tag in meiner Übung !
Obwohl ich Kufsteins Einladung zunächst abgelehnt hatte, hat die unbeabsichtigte Verwendung meines Image zur Förderung der lokalen Yogatage in mir den Wunsch geweckt, meiner eigenen Gemeinschaft zurückzugeben! Also, auf euch, die ihr echt seid.

Grüße Kufstein Yogis and friends nearby💜 To those who have journeyed with me for over a decade, and to those whose hearts and consciousnesses have blossomed so beautifully in that time - I see you, I honour you.
Our practice together has been a constant, evolving journey. Some of you have naturally transitioned your practice to your homes, have been moved to delve deeper into meditation, or have consciously chosen to live every moment with best intention, serving others in a path of grace. To those newly curious about the physical aspects of yoga, know that each of you embodies the true spirit of a yogi.
Throughout the last nearly 20 years, I've had the joy of teaching at various studios and yoga festivals in the US and across Europe - From New Orleans to Nantucket, from Innsbruck to Amsterdam, Spain, Germany and Italy, Stiermark, and Kitzbühel. Each experience was unique and cherished, but it's the genuine intention and integrity of the community that now guides where I choose to share my practice.
Though I initially declined Kufstein's invitation, the unintended use of my image to promote local yoga days has sparked a desire in me to give back to my own community - to share something very special with YOU as I have over the years shared with others at festivals and workshops.
So, here's to you real ones. Let's come together, embrace authenticity, and celebrate to raise our collective vibration and thus, that of our local relations. 💖 Allow me to invite you, with boundless love and appreciation from my heart!
