To name just a few. 🤸🏻
I know that visiting pilates classes nowadays can be really confusing. And honestly, I love fitness since I started 10 years ago and I also enjoy doing sculpting sessions so I totally get the hype.
But I just wouldn’t call it Pilates, if not at least half of the class is based on the original exercises.
Have you seen any of those exercises in the classes you visited? (well if you were in mine you for sure did haha 🫶🏼)
