👣💚African Dreams Roots (Silene Capensis) -

* Dryed and Tincture*

Used for millennia by the Xhosa shaman, where it is known as Undela Ziimhlophe or 'white paths'. To then, the dreams are seen as gifts or messages from the ancestors that may impart healing guidance or knowledge to their descendents. Silene Capensis is just one of more than 300 psychoactive herbs and plants that the Xhosa use for medicinal purposes. Yet, it is one of the most powerful and is considered sacred.

👣African Dreams Roots Tincture (Silene Capensis) -

Used for millennia by the Xhosa shaman, where it is known as Undela Ziimhlophe or 'white path'.
Is also widely used by Xhosa shaman as a healing agent, including the treatment of mental disturbances and memory improvement. Its cathartic vomit inducing response is also considered valuable – for physical and mental ‘purging’.
Silene Capensis used regulary can induces spectacularly LUCID DREAMS.

Usage: 15 drops under the tongue in fasting in the morning, for 7 day in a row or until the effects emerge.
Use in combination with other plants is not recommended.

🌱Alchemilla Vulgaris (Lady's Mantel - Frauenmantel)

Is only found in cold or high altitude areas, and for this way our garden its special taken by this plant during mid Spring/Summer time.
Known as Lady's Mantle (Frauenmantel) because of the shape of the leafs, that was one of the firsts plants that I got to know when I do first arrive in North European lands and be delighted with the amount of dew present in it every morning before Sun rise.
-It is said that the dew leaves that fall on these are not absorbed and that they appear to float on the leaves, as if some thin layer of air was in the middle of the sheet and drops. That is why it was believed to be the purest water that alchemists could find for their experiments. From there it derives its name. (patch extracted from jardineriaon.com)-

🌱Alchemilla Vulgaris Tincture

It contains a large amount of tannins that are very beneficial for diarrhea problems. Because it contains a small but sufficient amount of salicylic acid, it can be used to control fever, as a good analgesic and in mild cases antirheumatic.
In the tradiconal medicine and considering the name it bears, it can be used for discomforts during the menstrual period and take care of the female reproductive system in general.
After picked, we macerate the fresh leafes and let repousing in mixture of Organic alcohol 96% with 30% of desilled water for one full lunar circle and then strained and stored in dark glass to protect the plant properties.

Usage: 3 to 15 drops under the tongue from 1 to 3 times a day, or mixed with a small amount of water or juice of your choice.

*May be contraindicated for people with gastroduenal ulcers and cardiovascular problems

🌱Hypericum Perforatum
(St. John's worts - Johanniskraut)

Native from Europe, can be recognized by the bright red spots that appear on its leaves in the end of June and beginning of July. Is now likely one of thie most used herbal medicines in the world by herbal praciticioners and pagan circles alike, research shows its actions are at the level of the neurotransmitters like serotonin that work in several different ways that are still being understood.

Helps in the mild/moderate treatment of depression, anxiety - increase the sleep quality - and muscle tension. treats addictions, such as smoking... helps in the hormonal processes of menopause for the ‘lowered mood’ that comes with it.

✨Happy re start to all my beloved ones. I thank everyone who has supported me so far on this journey of shar and lear.
A year ago I officially started selling online on Etsy, and even though 2021 wasn't an easy year, I kept my head up through countless changes and I could only be very happy with the results.

From my little shop somewhere, somewhen. A few summers ago I spent doing what I love most: sharing my passion for medicinal plants and enjoying sunny days with friends and clients. How it all started, exhibiting at Markets and Festivals. For those who know me and for those who don't, in the middle of 2016 I came to Europe with very little resources, but with a heart full of dreams of being able to facilitate the medicines of my land wherever I went and at the same time be able to finance my own journey. There were long paths traveling and bringing medicines at the backpack and here, today a little more rooted, living new personal challenges and enabling new dreams to come true I nourish myself with the blessings and the merit of being able to walk this path!

Hello everyone, after many requests, I decided to create this page where I can be sharing a little more about this itinerant project that has been with me over the last three years. For those who still do not know, I travel the World collecting natural medicines used by native and indigenous communities, giving support directly to those who prepare them and then sharing them for all who cross my path and are interested in this sustainable alternative healing body, soul and spirit. In a simple way, without paradigms, judgments, without false shamanism, I consider myself as a Bamboo, where I easily facilitate the access to the native medicines that I use in my daily life.
