From Complete Paralysis to First Control in Days
Severe cortical malformation (Pachygyria / Agyria) with global developmental delay

4-year-old girl with severe brain developmental disorder (pachygyria, agyria, neuronal migration disorder, microcephaly) and global developmental delay, presenting with near-complete flaccid paralysis, absent trunk and head control, impaired motor coordination, and continuous drooling due to orofacial hypotonia. After the first treatment, initial voluntary foot movement emerged. After the third session, clear trunk and head control developed, salivation reduced by ~90%, and the child showed active engagement, continuous babbling, and purposeful motor responses. A striking functional recovery in a severely disabled child with profound cortical network disorder.
