Hiking the trails of Lycian way in the middle of summer was as hard as it was amazing! Temperatures were hitting 40 degrees at times but so lucky to be able to camp and hike through a part of the world that is so full of history and life. The value of our earth and water was particularly heightened given the tragic fires that have been burning nearby and in many other countries around the world 🌍 10 days and a few hundred km that I won’t forget in a hurry 🇹🇷

Amongst other things, Hikmet was struggling to look up - pictures 2 and 3 are the before and after. It’s nice to take on the road :)

There’s a lot going on in the world these days, some of it particularly hard to see in the country I called home for a few years

I’ll be attempting the 4x4x48 this weekend to raise awareness and money to support the people of Myanmar protesting against the coup. It’s 4 miles, every 4 hours for 48 hours.
