Kidding aside and going back to the question? What to do when we are met with a lot of resistance?
When all directions are giving you signs and signals that you are no longer in control and all you gotta do is to “control it by letting go of control”.
To be like water, allowing things to flow and surrender.
The water element teaches us to learn how to flow like water through our obstacles and to surrender to our guided path of growth rather than fighting against the current, ‘resisting’.
In traditional Chinese medicine, water is related to the kidneys and urinary bladder. Its virtues are strength courage and wisdom. And Fear is the emotion of water element and when out of balance can lead to having difficulty with social situations, trusting and being confident, becoming withdrawn and detached and loose sense of self-awareness.
Hydrating, moving, shaking, slow flow dancing, including periods of rest and lots of self love and affirmations will help with balancing the water element in our bodies.
