This is how you can keep doing what you want to do. 
Walking is so good for you and most people are walking weekly but are you working on your balance and strength. These will assist with preventing falls, enable you to get up from the chair/lounge just to name a few things. 
Get started at FullerLife in November and keep going where you want to go and do what you want to do.
