Some more about Gua Sha… below are two different patients with different presenting issues.
Image 1 presented with moderate to severe back pain and the onset of potential cold/flu. As you can see by the Sha a lot of wind come out of her body, some instant relief and next day reporting hardly any back pain, feeling freer and onset of sickness gone.
Image 2 presented with tightness of shoulders and neck, Sha reflects where the wind and tightness was caught and then relieved, reporting instant relief and more freedom the next day. Thank you to my patients for allowing these photos. 🙏💫

I thought I would share the handout I have for Gua Sha for those of you who don’t know what it is. I know a lot of people would know the facial Gua Sha and its benefits. Treating the body with Gua Sha has been around for thousands of years, it stands the test of time for good reason! I will post some further information tomorrow.
