Empowering people to be proactive with their health in a natural way using DoTerra Essential oils. I was open to look for an alternative, any alternative.

My DoTerra journey began when my 2 young children constantly developed croup. We had several trips to the hospital where they were administered a steroid. After a while, i didn't feel comfortable with their little bodies continually having this drug. I was introduced to DoTerra Essential oils through my mother who had recently been exposed. Essential oils were very foreign to me but I was willing

to see if this would help. Breathe (Easy Air) was the oil advised for breathing/airways. Since beginning this oil, we have not had one hospital trip, manage our symptoms and treat at home, we have not looked back. My understanding and appreciation for these oils has expanded as we have introduced a wide variety of these oils & supplements into our daily family routine. We benefit each and everyday and i feel grateful that I am providing my family with tools that are completely natural. Education is the key to understanding the amazing abilities of these oils!

#2 Kids oil: CALMER

Aka RESTFUL BLEND

Little man has always liked a midnight cuddle but sleep disturbance really???🙅🏼‍♀️🙅🏼‍♂️

Helping him drift off into a deep sleep sets up for a promising all night sleep 😴

Calmer consists of a blend of Lavender, Cananga, Buddha Wood, and Roman Chamomile essential oils.

Can also be used when it's time to restore your mind and body, apply Calmer to your wrists, breathe, and relax (eg kids having a meltdown 🥴)

As an adult I love to use the wood oils: Vetiver or Cedarwood mixed with blends: Balance or Lavender peace ✌️

When hubby asks ‘do you have anything to help clear the snout?’

My response ‘Bloody oath’ 🤩

I hand over my roller blend of peppermint (clear airways), lavender (acts as an antihistamine) & lemon (decongests the gunk).

He applies across the bridge of his nose, under his nose (& can also apply above eyebrows) & off he goes to work!

Ph call later in the day, ‘hey honey, that oil blend has completely cleared me out & I’ve been congested for a few days’.

Well come to me sooner next time 👌

What to do on a beautiful, rainy, indoor day??? Cleaning 🧽

Run out of cleaner? You can make a replacement in a shorter time it takes to drive & get one from the shops & with products in your cupboard!

Why use toxic products that can cause harm when inhaled or absorbed into the skin with a quick alternative that is safe for everyone!!!

All you need is:

*boiled water (that has been cooled)
*vinegar (I use less as I don’t like the vinegar smell too strong)
*Essential oils (100% pure)
*Glass bottle (mine is from target) *Essential oil grade plastic (HDPE grade no.2)

It is quick, cheap, safe & smells 100x times better than any synthetic!

I’m pretty sure my lil bro may have been counting down to this day however I think his niece & nephew were counting for longer!

They absolutely loved being part of such a magical day with their uncle & truly adore their Aunty Bec! A day they will never forget 🥰

Over the long weekend, ran with this incredible lady () raising money for JDRF! Her goal was a 100km in 3 days & she smashed it! We ran in all sorts of conditions but that did not stop her at any stage! What a super achievement! 💙

Now to soak those legs & smother with Deep Blue rub & Aromatouch oils!

So glad this amazing cream arrived today in the post because the last few days I have been soaking in it & I’m nearly out👌

Since my run on Sunday, I have been doing the ‘80 year old shuffle’ around the house! 😂

Getting older means recovery is def not as quick however I have used this essential oils rub with marjoram oil, lemongrass oil, magnesium spray, massage, a cold pool & stretching to aid my recovery! 👌

Nearly ready for a trot around the neighbourhood 🏃‍♀️
