We're back with another men's circle, this time further south in Aldinga.

As always, this gathering is a welcoming space for men to come together and be themselves without fear of judgment.

We'll engage in gentle breathwork and meditation, followed by an opportunity to connect with one another through open discussions.

This month we have something extremely special to share with you all 🙏🏻.

Our next gathering on Sunday the 27th of August will be in collaboration with Spirit of the Earth Medicine Society and will be a sacred sweat lodge in Willunga 🛖⭕️.

We’ve experienced the power of this ritual recently and felt it would be beyond beneficial to other man and to our Primal Man group.

The sweat lodge is a sacred purification ceremony most often associated with Native American traditions. However, there are many such practices throughout the world, including Australia.

The sweat lodge singnifies a womb within the earth. Dark, fecund, warm. We live shin within Mother Earth. It is circular, and inside we sit in a circle. A powerful symbol for in a circle, everyone is equal.

After the sweat lodge and some food, we’ll head somewhere near by outdoors for some further activities to round out what will bo doubt be a powerful, beautiful morning ❤️.

Men, come join us as we sit around the fire, share some food together and discuss the topic of what safety looks like and means to us and those around us.

This is a space for you, to show up as you are. Just come and listen or speak into something else coming up for you. This is an open space free from judgement.
