How do I practice self-care?
Step 1: pay attention to how you speak with yourself - what are you saying? How are you seeing you? How are you perceiving you? How are you reflecting you?

Being our own biggest advocate, representative and motivator. Noticing how you are speaking to yourself, to me, is self-acknowledgment and a big form of self-care practice.

There is no denying you are bigger than you think. Your energy, your gifts, your abilities are powerful, felt, and heard.

One of the MOST valuable lessons on your journey of spiritual/emotional/personal growth/maturity/connection.
Yes we will slip. Yes we will unconsciously bring up reminders. Yes there will be lessons. And yes, it may take a while and a few repeat events.
There can be tears, and trauma creeping in, shadow work and a whole lot of uncertain variables… but when it hits. Yes, there will be people who drop off and detach. The moment you stand tall in the warmth of your own glow. When you come to the decision you are worthy, and there are those who are not a permanent part of our journey, or are riding a different wave… that right there, is honour. For you and your fu***ng glorious magic! 🙌🏼💜

Feeling is healing…
And right now, the energy at the present is a beautifully connected, gifting one- it’s giving us the space to re-learn and recalibrate. To complete the healing.
The healing cycle encapsulates the balance of feeling, understanding, deciding, and coming back up to our calm - it completes the circle rather than fight flight freeze. And right now, we are so deeply connected and aligned more so than ever- which creates a perfect space for nurturing ourselves and holding space for the deepest understanding and liberating healing 💜

2023 has been a huge transformational period so far!
And the transition is just the beginning it’s multi levelled, from the realisation to the, to the lesson, to the integration, to the acceptance, to the transformation ❤️
We are coming into a sense of balance by “re-organising” and “structuring our lives in a sense- a soul routine in a sense, and it’s bringing harmonious joy ❤️

In true Aquarius style, I’m a bit late to the party but here we are…

I don’t do New Years “resolutions” it kinda seems like a waste of time…

What I do? I run with the ideas I feel aligned with, w**d out the things that are tripping hazard, I fail, fail, fail, and continue as many times until I find the sweet spot that will get me there. It doesn’t sound like much fun, but hey, the more when we figure out what doesn’t work, the closer we get to what does. And the sooner the better- failure is winning if you flip the script- it’s winning in recalibrating, failure is the dress rehearsals for the big day. Life is a continuous state of learning, and to do so we gotta fall on our face (or butt, I’ve been there 🙋🏼‍♀️) a few times.

There is one thing I CAN promise you though
This year is going to be EPIC beyond imaginable proportion.

KEY DATE/S TO REMEMBER
- March 2023 (mid- end): this is when you’re going to think “what the f**k just happened?! as you take a step back and notice everything seems to have just fallen into place
*** this isn’t just going to fall into your lap that easily, it takes commitment, intention, and action behind it- what you put in, the universe matches. And because we’re in a manifestation period RIGHT NOW, it’s a better time than any to get those moves going-be mindful of your thoughts, words, feelings and behaviours, because you will get back 10 fold ***

Here I are a few things to know in order to prepare to launch that golden delicious work in progress of yours, whatever that may be (yourself included).

- stay on track with your ideas, hold them close and say very little about what you have in the works
- Have a safe and supporting space to talk about any issues that may be coming up
- Get yourself into the state of allowance- this means resolving and integrating any shadow work (more to come on shadow work). Again, seek a supportive guide (myself included) to help you through this if required
- Feel into what it means to accomplish this- how will it feel/look/sound like when you get there?
- ONE STEP AT A TIME! You’re set plan can shift and change at any time, with new ideas constantly coming through. Be flexible with your ideas, and open to any new information that comes in.

This is also on you to start asking for what you want- and if you don’t feel that you will get it/deserve it/worthy of it/already have it-. Then it’s time to mop up the s**t show and have open communication with those little shaddowy parts you’ve been hiding away from.

Because you know you are magic…

WE ARE NOT A TEXTBOOK, WE ARE NOT THE SAME

I believe there is no one size fits all, we are all unique in what we have to offer and how we nurture it.
The deeper we delve in, give attention to and nurture our own craft, the more aware we become of it, of its individuality and the more we develop it.

There is no one direction or a set map to navigate it all, and when we completely trust those little pulls and inklings, we allow it to guide us on our path.

We are not cut from the same cloth, we have set course in this lifetime with our own design, a map designated specifically for us and our journey.

It’s our own soul blueprint.

The beautiful, powerful essence we are is undeniable and so effortlessly magnetising- the right people at the right will come and go, and there will always be those who NEED to hear what you have to say, and experience what you have to offer.

No more hiding, it’s time to get out of the way and show the world what you have ❤️

I made a solid decision about the sessions I hold with others - it MUST be easy to understand, totally customised to each and every individual, and with my guidance, about learning to tune in and connect to your soul guided messages.

I remember when I decided to admit my own craft, I wished so much for a mentor. It was scary at first, and I was lovingly pulled into the deep end by a beautiful friend- but at this point I was ready.

Baby, we’re in for a ride!!

The switch has flicked, and it feels like we’ve shifted time and space into another dimension.

Tolerance levels, low.
Why?
Because we are being pulled back to our soul mission- Let it all go, and be guided by your inner knowing.

We know our worth - situation are becoming volatile and explosive, because, without even consciously realising, we are saying NO to anything that doesn’t line up.

There’s better - isn’t working out? No worries. There’s a reason for that.

The things that are keeping you from progress with be known… LOUD. AND. CLEAR.

It seems the more authentic we are, the more imposter syndrome creeps in.
And the more we struggle with human conditioning like doubt, worry, overwhelm. I guess this all goes hand in hand with the empath soul… our antenna is tuned in to so much around us, and we sometimes forget to switch it off!
It makes a trip to the shopping centre an interesting event 😅

See, the thing is…. The brighter we shine, the more shadows we illuminate, and the brighter we shine, the more we attract unwanted guests- they want what we have, and to warm in our glow.
We might not always see it, and we may even take what they say and how they make us feel as reality.

But is it real?
No

They are doing that thing where they reflect their inner self-destruction, only this time, onto others (yeah, hi) and potentially even point blame for not experiencing things the same way.

And NO, disregard what you’ve heard.
**NOT EVERYTHING OR EVERYONE IS A MIRROR/TRIGGER***

Being someone who feels deeply the energy around and is in a position of service, we are way too nurturing and accepting at times… and that means we attract a lot of flies-. You know, the one who wants to take all your amazing beauty for their own.

But we seem to mostly see good in people -“THERE IS SO MUCH BETTER FOR YOU, LOOK, ILL SHOW YOU”… so we accept them.
Sometimes, they just simply broke your trust and we gotta admit that.

So here is the main focus right now- all the good that you so easily see and bring out in others, let’s start soaking in that love ourselves.

Go ahead and tell yourself how fu***ng gorgeous you are, and how great your ass looks in that outfit 😘

It’s that friend who only ever pops in when there’s a problem, it’s the people on your social media friends list that spread negative and focus on problem rather than solution, it’s the things in your house that have no reason or use for being there, it’s getting caught up in stress of things around you and putting attention there rather than yourself…

If it’s not a “f**k yeah” then start practicing saying “f**k no”

Beautiful soul, know you are very much worth it…
We are on point, right at this very moment, to ask important questions. Be kind in your truth, and be completely, vulnerably honest with yourself ❤️

Do you actually feel positive about this situation? Or do you WANT to feel good about it?

It’s your duty to call yourself out (gently, with love) for keeping/being around anything that isn’t contributing to your greater good, anything that pulls you into a vortex of negative self-questioning or accusation, anything that lacks emotional/spiritual understanding and maturity, and it’s up to you to KNOW what your soul is telling you about it all.

Notice the feelings in your body, is it good? Or not so great?

Take care of yourself, I recommend you consider a full clear out to start the year, because 2023 IS groundbreaking for growth and success on all levels ❤️
