I love relaxing into all the things on holiday including indulging in the delicious things.
But, when I get home, I LOVE getting back into my regular routine with food and training..
I love breakfast! It's my favourite meal of the day 🀩
One of my first priorities arriving home, was a trip to the store to fill the fridge with all the nutritious food.
Savory breakfast for the win.. roasted mediterranean veg frittata! I bake a slab of it, and heat some up in the morning with some salad, and a touch of extra protein πŸ˜‹

Now, it's off to the gym before a booked out day

Lotus Health and Wellness

Hiya, I’m Kim... Fitness Instructor and Remedial Massage Therapist.

I offer Remedial Massages at Peak 24 Fitness & PT in Richmond and from a private room in Blackwood. I am available at Richmond on Tues afternoons, Wednesday afternoons and evenings, Thursday mornings. I can massage from Blackwood on Monday and Friday afternoons. Bookings essential. I have health insurer provider numbers so you can claim a bit back (rebate depends on Insurer and level of cover)

I also run Yoga practices, Pilates sessions, BodyBalance classes and mindfulness sessions.
