Today I’m wishing you and those in your life a peace-filled day, manifesting positivity, generosity and kindness!

Paying it forward today by donating anything I can to my local op shops, my continued monthly support of The Fred Hollows Foundation, the Women’s and Children’s Hospital Foundation and ChildFund and by also fully advocating for recycling and reusing at every possible convenience!

WELCOME to my Brand New page for my upcoming Massage Business
“The Kneaded Knot”
If you e been invited that’s because you already know about my ongoing Study at AIF (The Australian Institute of Fitness) and am attempting to complete my Certificate 4 and Diploma.

Apart of one of my Assessments is a Marketing Criteria where I’ll need to test out Marketing Tactics via a page. THIS PAGE!
