Bokeh is the word to describe the out of focus area around a subject or object being photographed. We liken this area to our subconscious and inner self that we often over look in an increasingly focused world. Our services:

When individuals keep their struggles to themselves, it perpetuates stigma and isolates them further. By choosing to speak up, share experiences, and express compassion, we can create an environment where people feel safe and understood.

Open conversations about depression can lead to early intervention, and support will continue to encourage those suffering to seek help without fear of judgement.

When you lean into discomfort, you are being present with your feelings and emotions. It's easy to distract ourselves with outside noise instead of actually feeling what our bodies are telling us too.
Examples of this include, reaching for our phones, emotional eating, drinking alcohol, taking drugs, self-destructive/ sabotaging behaviour.

Through therapy we can help you pay attention to the things that feel uncomfortable. Then we are able to change or accept them.
