**🦵 Why Do My Legs Itch When I Exercise? It Might Be Vasospasm!**

Ever gone for a walk or jog and suddenly your legs start itching like crazy? You’re not alone – and there’s a medical reason behind it!

This could be caused by something called **exercise-induced vasospasm**. It’s a temporary narrowing of the blood vessels, often triggered by increased activity. When you start exercising, your body redirects blood flow to your working muscles, and if your blood vessels don’t dilate smoothly, it can result in reduced circulation to the skin — causing that *intense, itchy feeling* in your legs.
