Dr Dhiraj Saini is a dedicated and experienced Geriatrician with over a decade of practice. Dr Saini is passionate about improving the quality of life for elderly patients. He holds qualifications of MBBS, FRACP, MRCP(UK) and FRCP (Edinburgh). His extensive experience and expertise are focused on several key areas of geriatric care.
Specializations:
Cognitive Diagnosis and Management: Dr Saini specializes in the assessment and treatment of cognitive disorders, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and personalized care.
Frailty Assessment and Management: Dr Saini's approach to frailty involves detailed evaluations and tailored management plans to support the health and well-being of his patients.
Peri-operative and Orthogeriatric Care: I provide expert care for elderly patients undergoing surgery, with a focus on optimizing outcomes and promoting recovery.
Special Interests
One of his significant areas of interest is Parkinson’s Disease. He is dedicated to managing both the motor and non-motor symptoms associated with this condition, helping patients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Dr. Shirantha Adikari is a Consultant Physician specializing in Geriatric Medicine, with a wealth of experience in both hospital and community care since 1996. His extensive career spans various health networks across Australia, New Zealand, and Sri Lanka.
Shirantha has over a decade of experience in care of the elderly and has managed all Geriatric syndromes. He has a special interest in Geriatric Pharmacology, Dementia, Delirium, Orthogeriatric care, and Parkinson’s disease. Furthermore, he brings a wealth of experience in General Medicine, Rehabilitation Medicine, and Clinical Pharmacology, coupled with involvement in clinical research focused on Diabetes and Metabolism.
Throughout his career, Shirantha has practiced in diverse health centres, including locations in Sri Lanka, Auckland, Sydney, Adelaide, Cairns, and Melbourne. Committed to advocating for the elderly, he is passionate about providing personalized and holistic patient care, emphasizing shared decision-making.
Special interests: Orthogeriatric care, General rehabilitation, Dementia & Delirium, Parkinson’s disease, Geriatric Pharmacology.

I want to introduce this incredible woman Emily Lines who I recently had the pleasure of meeting and who has just started her own business called Simplified Aged Care Solutions

I am sharing this with you because we meet a lot of people who are at the beginning of navigating the Aged Care system and honestly, it can be overwhelming and confusing.

We know many people who want to remain independent and not burden their children (if they have them) but simply need help to create an aged care plan that suits their lifestyle goals and needs.

Emily is a Registered Nurse who has more than 20 years experience within nursing and providing services for older South Australians. Emily can help you work through aged care options with respect and kindness. Honestly, when you meet Emily, you will understand why she is the perfect person for this role and why I am so excited to share her business with you. Emily can help arrange aged care assessments such as ACAT, help navigate MyGOV to providing practical support.
