⚫️Introducing the….⚫️

“Kids Zen Mind Body Wellness Workshop 3.0”

Mindfulness & Fitness coach Vanna & Leroy is hosting a 1.5 hour workshop to give an opportunity for your child to develop their skills mindfully and physically.

The turn out for our last 2 workshops was epic that many parents have requested more sessions!

So how about you, as a parent start your child on that journey to wellbeing mixed with fitness.

Integrating a holistic approach to help your child understand the fundamentals.

Finding different ways of helping your child ease their mind, allowing your child to be open in an expressive way.

This is a workshop aimed for young children 7- 12 years old, with a mixture of boys & girls.

Integrating fun fitness activities, getting children to feel comfortable in a Mixed Martial Arts environment integrating it with yoga stretches and meditation in a fun way for your child.

⚫️Meet the Instructor:⚫️

⚪️ Vanna, Vietnamese & Greek who is the second eldest of 7 siblings & a mother of 2 teenagers. Despite facing challenges along the way & has had her own journey in life, she has been able to use her journey to empower others by using her martial arts training, mindfulness & fitness background, & personal experiences to assist other people in life.

⚫️ Leroy at 20 years of age, Aboriginal and Greek background. Has been training in martial arts since 4 years old.

Now Fighting professionally from South Australia & is now working as a Youth Worker supporting young people at risk.

⚫️Our mission is to help parents in helping their children connect more mindfully to themselves in a safe environment, where we use a holistic, mindfulness & a fitness approach in connecting with them. ⚫️

When: Saturday 20th of July 12.30pm- 1.45pm

Where: West Central Gym
