I had everything planned out perfectly,my reverse diet was going smoothly and I finally felt like I was in a rhythm again. Then life threw me a little curveball 🫠⁣

It’s been a humbling reminder that even when things don’t go to plan, your progress isn’t lost, it’s just taking a different shape⁣

Sometimes the lesson isn’t to push harder, it’s to slow down, listen to your body and adjust the plan without giving up on the goal ❤️⁣

Focus on what you can control and take action within that 🫶🏼⁣
