Our gun EP Aiden has some spots free Monday's and Wednesdays for in-home, school or community based sessions. Gym sessions can be arranged.

‼️Term 3 Group Class‼️

EM Therapy and Support are excited to run EM Track and Field group program.
Running throughout Term 3, 2024

Thursday's 4:15-5:15pm
Commencing 1st of August (week 2).

Noarlunga Recreation Centre - Basketball Court 2 (David Witton Drive, Noarlunga Centre 5168).

EM Track and Field is a fun and engaging program developed for children aged 10-15 years.

This group program provides children of all abilities with the opportunity to trial a range of athletic events in a safe and supported environment.

Children will have the chance to develop their strength, speed, agility, balance, and motor skills through participating in a range of physical activities, including shot put, javelin (vortex throw), long jump, hurdles, and sprinting.

Meeting Location: Parent/guardian/support worker and participant to meet in foyer area of recreation centre 5-10mins before session commences.

Amenities available- accessible toilets and ramp access.

EM Track and Field (Come and Try) is a fun and engaging school holiday program developed for children aged 10-15 years.

This group program is an introductory program to our weekly 10-week program of the same name, delivered in Term 3 which aims to capture the excitement of the upcoming 2024 Olympic Games.
