💜 Over the past couple of years, I’ve been thoughtfully researching, sourcing, and testing precious oils to create special blends. Today, I’m so happy to share a new massage formulation I've been working on, made with some of the world’s most sacred and sustainably sourced essential oils.

💜 At the centre of this soothing and grounding massage oil is Sandalwood, lovingly distilled from plantation trees in beautiful Western Australia. This remarkable plantation is leading the way in sustainability, cultivating and protecting one of the most treasured oils on Earth.

💜 Paired with it, is the warm, woody, rosy softness of Rosewood Essential Oil, ethically harvested through a method that carefully trims the tops of the trees—preserving their life and health while still capturing their healing essence.

💚 Hello from my Seaside Kitchen. 💚

💚 Today, I'm sharing one of my favourite recipes with you. Let me know if you try it? 🥰 💚

💚 I've called this dish, Nourish Me Bowl, because it makes you feel oh so good from the inside out. 🙏

💚 It's such a great recipe because you can use what you have on hand and mix the ingredients up a little. And if you grow your own food or herbs, you can add what you have from your own garden. Here are some of my favourite ingredients to include. 🩷

🌿 Fresh herbs - I love using a combination of parsley, mint and basil. Sometimes, I add rosemary and thyme too - chopped finely
🌿 1 sweet potato cubed and either steamed or roasted. I love roasting sweet potato- it really brings out the flavour.
🌿 1/2 cup of quinoa - rinsed, soaked, cooked.
🌿 1 to 2 radish - thinly sliced
🌿 3 to 5 cherry tomatoes - quartered or halved
🌿 5 to 10 slices of fennel
🌿 5 to 10 slices of capsicum
🌿 5 to 10 slices of cucumber

💚 The dressing I love to use is:
🌿 1/2 lime - squeezed
🌿 1/2 lemon - squeezed
🌿 2 to 3 teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
🌿 1 to 2 tablespoons of 1st Cold Pressed EVO
🌿 Cracked pepper and celtic sea salt or himalayan sea salt to taste.

💚 Hot Tip: I often make the sweet potato and quinoa in batches, so I have it on hand. I make enough to last 3 to 5 days and store it in the fridge so it's ready to use. You could also make the dressing in advance. Double or triple the recipe and store in an airtight jar.

💙 The Slow Lane 💙

💙 Between handcrafting your Christmas orders, I carved out a little time at the outdoor pool today—spending it in the slow lane. It was a chance to reflect, to pause, and to simply be.

💙 This time of year gently reminds me to practice grace: to cut ourselves some slack, to embrace imperfection, and to focus on just one thing each day that fills our hearts with contentment. It’s about finding beauty in life’s simplest joys.

💙 Today, I found mine in the sunshine dancing on the water and the dappled light filtering through the trees surounding me. These moments of stillness were so grounding, so needed.
