🌟WELCOMING PODIATRIST LISA🌟

We’re so excited to welcome our newst Podiatrist Lisa to the Adelaide Sports family 🎉

Lisa graduated from the University of South Australia in 2017, and has since worked across many areas of podiatry including; private practice, aged care and various sporting codes🦶

With a background in human movement & sports science, Lisa has a keen interest in musculoskeletal injury management of the lower limbs and feet. She also has gained experience in supporting those with neurological conditions like MS, Muscular Dystrophy & stroke ⚽️

Lisa’s approach is hands-on and patient centred, using manual therapy, exercise prescription & orthotic therapy to achieve the best outcomes for her patients. Outside the clinic, she loves staying active, enjoying the outdoors, and sharing desserts with family and friends! 🧁

It is with a heavy heart that we farewell one of our amazing podiatrists Ella 🥺 She has been an integral part of our team, beginning on the front desk as one of our admin superstars and developing into the brilliant practitioner that she is today 🤩

Her passion, warmth and expertise have made a lasting impact on both our patients and staff.
Ella, thank you for your hard work and dedication to Adelaide Sports, we wish you all the best on your new adventure ✈️

Barry is a seasoned and versatile Chiropractor with a deep-rooted passion for sports and athletic performance. His expertise encompasses working with, playing alongside, and training individuals ranging from the “casual weekend warrior” through to the “elite athlete.” This broad spectrum of experience has equipped Barry with a deep understanding of the diverse needs and challenges faced by all individuals at different stages of their journey 👏🏻

Barry adopts a hands-on and personalised approach to management, believing that this method yields the best results for both health and performance outcomes. Beyond his professional expertise, Barry is known for his vibrant personality and  self-proclaimed “appalling sense of humour.”

We’re stoked to announce our newest team member Maria to the Adelaide Sports family 👏🏻

Maria completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia in 2024, driven by a deep commitment to enhancing people’s quality of life. She advocates for a hands-on, comprehensive approach to addressing musculoskeletal issues, focusing on helping patients achieve their individual goals

During her academic journey, Maria gained valuable experience working with local football clubs and at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. These opportunities allowed her to develop expertise in treating various sports injuries and managing post-operative rehabilitation. She is enthusiastic about applying her knowledge and skills to help her clients achieve their health and wellness objectives 🙏

Maria takes pride in crafting treatment plans that are tailored to each individual’s unique needs, capabilities, and schedules. Her goal is to collaborate closely with patients to deliver client-centered care that produces optimal results.

When not in the clinic, Maria enjoys an active lifestyle. She can often be found hiking with her Tenterfield terrier (Buster), relaxing at the beach, or tackling home renovation projects 🏠
