Iyengar Yoga 6 week beginners yoga course. Suitable for students that are new to yoga, or have had a break and want a refresher in the basics of Iyengar yoga.

Danni is back from holiday and feeling inspired to teaching Post-natal Yoga again. Join a supportive community of Mums and enjoy some movement and relaxation with your baby.

About Rodrigo

Rodrigo has 20 years experience with Manual Therapy including 18 years as a Physiotherapist and 7 years as an Osteopath in Brazil. In Australia he is qualified as a Remedial Massage Therapist.

Rodrigo will be offering remedial Massage using Coconut Oil, and Tui Na massage; an ancient Chinese (deep tissue) massage performed without using oil. He also utilises a variety of other manual therapy techniques and approaches including dry needling, infra-red laser, cupping, Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation. Private Health rebates for Remedial Massage apply.
