We are thrilled to welcome Dr Jessica Floreani to the Flinders Fertility team! With over 15 years of experience in women’s health, reproductive medicine, and general practice, Dr Floreani brings a compassionate and highly skilled approach to fertility care.

Jessica provides consultations for fertility assessment, IVF, and egg freezing, supporting individuals and couples at every stage of their reproductive journey. Her warm, patient-centred care helps demystify those often complex fertility decisions and ensures patients feel confident and informed throughout their treatment.

In light of the recent incidents at Monash IVF, several patients have asked us how we make sure their gametes and embryos are correctly labelled and stored. The answer is that we use both an electronic witnessing system and double checking by a second scientist. Here, our embrologist Zara demonstrates each step in the lab in the freezing process. Our embryologists also only deal with one patient's gametes at a time.
