Wellbeing Support Services
Karen Spilsbury began working with at risk youth in 2009, supporting mental health, engagement and learning through case management. Since starting ‘Wellbeing Support Services’ in 2014 she has provided counselling in the Riverland region. This has included group and individual support within a primary and high school setting and private practice. She has recently completed advanced training in Transactional Analysis and currently offers individual counselling as well as psychotherapy to help uncover and resolve underlying issues. She also provides educational group workshops and counselling through Employee Assistance Programs.
Karen Spilsbury uses her skills and knowledge to facilitate therapeutic process, this provides the necessary space for the confused to gain clarity, the overwhelmed to find balance and those in pain to find comfort. The aim is to ensure that every client is heard, validated and given the necessary information, encouragement and support to find solutions that work and make sense for them.
