Pregnancy rituals ✨

It is a sacred season.

A time when women are meant to be gathered around…
held in ritual…
reminded that their body is doing something ancient and powerful.

As doulas we have the privilege of creating these spaces.

Pregnancy circles.
Blessings.
Quiet rituals where a mother is witnessed before she crosses the birth threshold.

Sometimes it looks like herbal tea and storytelling.
Sometimes it looks like women tying threads around her wrist and speaking blessings for her birth.

These moments matter.

They remind a mother she is not alone.

Some of you have been here for years.
Some of you are brand new.

So let me reintroduce myself 🤍

I’m Brooke — a mama, doula, mentor, and space holder for mamas & families walking through sacred thresholds.

I believe birth is a rite of passage.
That pregnancy is sacred.
That postpartum should be deeply held.

I believe mamas change the world
when they are supported properly.

And somewhere along the way,
this work became more than work.

It became a way of living.
A way of being in service.
A way of holding women through the biggest thresholds of their lives.

And now…
I support women who feel called to do the same.

If you’ve been feeling the pull toward this work —
toward deeper service, deeper community, deeper leadership…

Maybe that’s not random.

Maybe that’s your next becoming.

It’s about how we show up in our communities.
How we honour the nervous system.
