Eight Days of Magic, Growth & Soul-Deep Connection

I’m finding it hard to put this experience into words. How do you describe something that shifted you on a soul level?

Over 8 days, I had the privilege of walking alongside an extraordinary group of women as an assistant/mentor for Equine Partnered Academy. What unfolded in that time was nothing short of life-changing.

There were so many moments—of magic, connection, vulnerability, resilience, openness and raw, radiant strength.

The meditations moved me so deeply, they made me cry heart tears. Those are the most sacred kind of tears. The ones that flow when love is so strong, it moves through every part of you. They connected me straight to my beautiful mum—the one who gave me my love for horses. I felt her with me, so strongly, walking beside me, guiding me each step.

There was laughter that shook through our whole bodies, dancing that lifted our spirits, and stillness that held profound truth.

And then… there were the horses.
Minnie, Jimmy, Boof, Sunny, and little legend Pokey.
Each of them a teacher, a mirror, a sacred presence. Horses live only in the present moment. They don’t judge, they simply reflect. They see you as you are, and in doing so, invite you to see yourself more clearly. To be held in their presence is to be seen by something ancient, wise, and true.

I witnessed and participated in mini retreats that were transformations in motion. I had the joy of sharing a sound journey with the group, and received so much from the beautiful oil workshop with Allison. It was all sacred medicine.

We laughed. We cried. We danced. We grew. We cracked open, softened, and remembered who we are beneath all the layers.

To be invited into this space was the greatest privilege. I have grown and expanded in ways I never imagined possible. What was shared with me over these eight days was offered with such grace and I received it all with the deepest gratitude 🕊️✨

Coming Home to Myself in Bali 🌿✨

Bali… what a journey. This magical place always feels like coming home. Each time I return, I receive exactly what my soul needs, healing, connection and a deep remembering.

I’m so grateful for the incredible facilitators who held such powerful, sacred spaces for me to release, reset and rise. Each experience cracked me open a little more and filled me with light.

To my beautiful Balinese friends who always welcome me like family, thank you. Your love means more than words can say.

And to Mumma Bali… thank you for your magic. For the way you gently strip back the noise and bring me back to my truth.

I leave with my soul feeling lighter and my heart shining. 🌞

I've been absent from the page for a while to focus on my own health and wellbeing.

I have been in mumma Bali soaking up all the healing energy she has to offer. Being here always feels like coming home - it's the place that truly nurtures my soul. The rainy days have been a blessing, allowing me to slow down, recharge and just be. Over the next few days, I'll be sharing some of my journey. This break has been the ultimate reset, and reconnection to myself.

I'm grateful for your patience, Your support means the world go me and I'll be back to doing what I love soon, with renewed energy and passion.

Last night's New Moon Sound Journey was truly incredible! My heartfelt gratitude to my beautiful friends who joined me and the new friends I welcomed. The energy in the room was amazing!

Last nights full moon sound journey was amazing. Thank you to all the beautiful souls that joined me for my very first event in this new space. It felt so good to be back sharing what I love again. Am definitely feeling the energies already ! For those of us in the southern hemisphere the lunar eclipse is tomorrow night. Don’t forget to put your crystals out and if you feel ungrounded go outside and put your bare feet on the earth. Practice self care however that looks for you.

On the weekend I had the pleasure of attending a retreat with the gorgeous Krissy from Past Tense and her beautiful horses. What an incredible experience with an amazing group of women. There was meditation, sound, working with the horses and a drumming journey that took me to another realm. Thank you Krissy for creating such beautiful safe space for us to be seen, held and nurtured ❤️🐴✨🪽

Yesterday I had the most amazing equine partnered reiki session with my beautiful friend Marnie Louise Ryan from BellaNero HeartSpace - EPA Mentor. From the moment I walked in I felt so seen, held and nurtured. Marnie is so incredibly gifted at what she does and her gorgeous horse Bam Bam also held space for me during the session. I can’t recommend Marnie highly enough. Check out her page and give her a follow as she is truly amazing! I’m definitely going to make this a regular part of my self care. Just because we are healers doesn’t mean we don’t need some help ourselves sometimes and a tune up. So much shifted for me during the session. I came away feeling lighter, centered, aligned, grounded and it gave me so much clarity. I knew I would receive everything I needed and I sure did. Thank you Marnie and Bam Bam ❤️❤️❤️🌹🐴✨

Bali Retreat 2024! I can’t even describe the gratitude that's in my heart. To be able to share the place I love most in this world with the most incredible group of humans. I have wanted to do this for so many years and it really was a dream come true. There were so many magical moments and I was constantly inspired by each of these incredible women on a daily basis. They embraced every experience, the love, the culture, the people and the medicine Mumma Bali had to offer them with such open hearts. I witnessed so much growth, love, joy, support, connection and saw lifelong friendships formed. There are so many things I will cherish forever from this experience. The belly laughs until we cried, late night chats under the moon, just being around these incredible women every day. What I will remember most is the way each person touched my heart and in their own unique and beautiful way. Thank you for trusting us to guide and support you on this journey home to yourselves in Mumma Bali. We are so privileged to have shared this experience with all of you.

To my beautiful soul sister Jo from Boho Buddha Wellbeing. How can I put into words what facilitating this alongside you meant to me.
