My Story is a book designed by Diversify your life-leisure and lifestyle consultancy services for Resident to have a keep's sake of their lives that can be shared with family and friends and also staff. The book is a great resource that can be used for reminiscing with residents who have dementia. My story is also designed for the leisure and lifestyle departments together the information of the residents to keep for documentation and accreditation purpose.

The book has special place where you can answer all the questions from the "Key to me" or "My story" that is given to each new resident when they move in. My story is a beautiful, designed book that can be kept for many years and is great communication starter.
