Gringo's Garden emerged over 15yrs ago as a way for me to focus on my own mental health using what I refer to as 'garden therapy'. It helped me to chase away the dark clouds when life seemed overwhelming and continues to be my escape from the craziness of life with a full time job and three kids! So, now I am sharing my space with others by inviting individuals into Gringo's Garden that may benefit from a little dose of 'garden therapy' themselves. As an independent support worker offering personalised support to self and plan managed NDIS participants in the Adelaide Hills. Whether it be joining me in a market environment helping to improve confidence in the community, or propagating, growing and harvesting vegies in the garden, we can find tasks that will help our clients reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
