25kg Down, Avg 890gm Weekly Weight Loss, Entering Her Second 4-Week Diet Break…

Emily’s progress is phenomenal.

Not once did Emily make excuses, despite being a busy mother of two & small business owner, so I could tell that she would take anything I threw at her.

But I still wanted to prioritise finding the balance between doing enough, knowing when to slow things down, and reminding Emily of the big picture when things weren’t going 100% to plan.

That’s right, Emily achieved all of this while living her life even while having bad weeks. You don’t have to be perfect and it’s more often than not getting in your way.

But a round of applause for Emily because she looks absolutely unreal, and we’re excited to tackle the next phase of her journey too.

Protein fasting = easier nutritional adherence, better muscle retention & more calories to eat later in the day?

Could it be too good to be true? 🤔

Like anything, there are both pro’s & con’s to this method - so be sure to read this one all the way through to ensure you understand it all, drawbacks & all.

Here’s a little of what’s been happening here as of late - I forgot to do one last week.

Full transparency, things have been slow, including social media engagement.

But I’ve used this time as an opportunity to look at my systems, my marketing (or lack thereof), and some common challenges that I’ve faced over the past 6 months.

Every failure is an opportunity to learn & grow, and I want to lead by example so that my team can overcome the setbacks that are inevitable in ones health & fitness journey.

I was once very lost, depressed, stressed, and irritable. I was never happy with my physique, yet at the same time did so many things contradictory to my health & physique.

It was only through trying & eating s**t / failing that I learned what I know today, and became who I am today.

Bit of a long one but I appreciate you reading this little snippet of my story, and I hope it resonates with some of you to inspire you to change.
