know how to stop

Knowing how to stop is knowing how to collect yourself when something has already been done and the goal has already been achieved. Knowing how to stop is not falling into the ambitious temptation of always wanting more and more. It is to be satisfied with that which is sufficient.

For example:

When eating, knowing how to stop means that when the stomach is 70 or 80% full, it is no longer necessary to eat. This makes digestive movements possible.

Any exercise or practice performed too much has adverse effects on the erosion of vitality.

Any medicine has its level of toxicity and we must not exaggerate in dosage.

The acquired knowledge and riches must flow instead of being accumulated with us.

We ruin our lives if we don't stop the urge to dissatisfaction. Even the cells in our body get out of control and generate autoimmune diseases by “wanting more and more”.

We will reach the point where there is no turning back to what is natural…

Knowing how to stop and return is a law of nature!

Just like the midday sun or the full moon, which arrive in their fullness, and then begin their withdrawal so that they can be fulfilled again.

This law of nature also operates in the destiny of human beings.

“Once the work has been successfully completed, retreat.
