This express class will strengthen your arms, shoulders, back & core. Utilising the Foam Roller & a set of Hand Weights, we will incorporate balance and coordination to keep the session fun & engaging for your body & mind.

Let's work ya peach well-being warrior! ;) This express lower body focused routine is deigned to load your glute and hamstring muscles in various ways throughout the session. You will perform exercises that are activating, that focus on strengthening as well as exercises that focus on endurance & power.

3,2,1... Sweat (Ankle Weights) - Scheduled drop next Mon 19th, 8:00am

We will workout in timed intervals throughout this class. For the low impact heart rate elevating sets you will workout for 30-40 seconds then get some rest before the next exercise. In the calmer sections of class you will revert to our normal style with reps of 10-12 for each exercise. As this is a low impact sweat class there is no jumping or heavy loading.

Welcome to ‘Well-being with Bec Fletcher’ for your body + mind + soul!

I began my journey into the health, fitness and well-being industry in my early 20’s. Fast forward 8 years and I have been teaching Pilates, Yoga & Barre Fitness for 7 years and owned my own Pilates/Yoga Studio, @shamatapilates, for 3 years. As fun as it’s all been I am ready for a new challenge, new adventure and new way of operating. This is how ‘Well-being with Bec Fletcher’ come about. I have enjoyed 85% of what is involved to solely own and operate a small business. However, realised that I enjoy the teaching and sharing of my skills more than the nitty-gritty behind the scenes stuff that comes with it. The realisation coincided with me winding up completion of a Diploma in Remedial Massage. With my fresh new physical therapy skills I hope to power on forward with my work within the health, fitness and well-being industry.

I’ve re-branded from @shamatapilates & @shamatamassage to join everything I do together within ‘Well-being with Bec Fletcher’ (fb + insta @becfletcher.wellbeing, #wellbeingworrior). Under this new banner I will be able to deliver classes, private tuition, massage services, reiki healing and share my other spiritual and fitness based endeavours and adventures with you. I really hope you find great comfort in knowing that everything is in one place.
