My teaching has extended to teenagers, senior citizens, those recovering from major surgery as well as those suffering from injuries and depression. Since yoga became part of my daily life in 2002 it has been my passion to spread the benefits and joys of yoga. I have practiced Iyengar, Ashtanga and Hatha methods. My classes encourage students to find the right balance in their practise of yoga for themselves so they leave the class feeling strong, stretched, happy and clear minded.
