Back To School Routine!

I know for a lot of my friends in Dubai and in the States it’s all happening. Here in Australia we are full swing into the term but there are rituals we do every day to protect the kids from little nasties!

This being one of them. Spraying their hands right after school at pick up with On Guard Hand Sanitizer!

As you can see Mackenzie rather likes it😂😍 .

Possibly my favourite ever!

Okay, Okay, I say that about every Oil I speak about 😂. Seriously though this essential oil has been a key part of my morning ritual for a year now and I could not live without it.

I don’t know about you but stress affects me in subtle ways. It’s not always the heart thumping, sweaty hands, rapid breathing that happens. For me it’s skin breakouts, rashes, not being able to sleep, forgetting to eat 😳 and abnormalities that come up in my bloodwork when I have my routine check up.

It’s silent in way.

I have to be so mindful every single day about how I am supporting myself and approaching my health from a preventative aspect rather than reactive one.

This is why every single morning I apply this Balance Oil over my heart centre as part of my morning routine. It’s an instant calmer it’s also part of my “pause moment” I have before I approach the day with full intention. I reapply as needed throughout the day and even pop some in my hand rub together and cup over my nose for an instant “ahhhhh” moment☺️. How does stress show up for you I would love to know👇

p.s. that’s a roller ball top on the oil 15ml Balance Oil for easy application, you can also dilute it even more in another 10ml roller if you wish. .

Who else loves this Oil as much as I do🙋🏻‍♀️

Past Tense Roller is perfect for quick easy application on my temples, across forehead and back of my neck when I feel some head strain and my eyes start to feel sore, you know the feeling. This roller is incredible as It’s already diluted and a blend of the key oils which cool, soothe and help ease tension like Peppermint, Frankincense, Roman Camomile, Wintergreen, Lavender and other incredible relaxing oils in it. It’s must if you are like me and in front of screens all day long😳

One swipe is all it takes and was much needed before I had a self care afternoon yesterday with my Mum and sister. The pampering was definitely needed😀

Winter Skin!

The winter weather has definitely been a shock to my skin since being back in Australia. I haven’t experienced winter in such a long time so the priority has been to ensure both myself and the kids didn’t get dry, cracked skin. Mackenzie is especially sensitive like her mama.

My routine is using my oils every day in the hand and body moisturiser. It’s perfect for blending Geranium or any other skin Oil you prefer, Lavender and Ylang Ylang are two other favs for me all incredible for skin health and I can help but as a drop or two of Whisper😍, addicted to this “pure”fume.

With Mackenzie I will add a drop of Lavender and apply to her dry spots, usually her upper back and her upper legs.

It leaves both our skin silky smooth!

Did you know that Magnolia Oil has 40% more the constituent called Linalool than Lavender Oil?😳

In short it the property in the which helps relax and calm the body so you can sleep, which means nearly double the support.

Incredible!

Which is why this Oil was by my side during my travels a couple of weeks ago when I was on 6 flights and in 3 different time zones for a conference I attended.

I also took Peace Oil with me I never go anywhere without this Oil. A super calming Oil also with more musky, woody scent. I even wear it during the day as a “pure”fume especially if I am having a particularly stressful day.

I was rolling these Oils all over me.

For those lovelies who have Oils already, what are your favourite sleep Oils?👇

Oh that me🙋🏻‍♀️😂
Anyway, during these times I turn to these two oils! First applying PastTense to the temples and back of my neck.
If a little more help is needed the one drop of Frankincense on my thumb pressed up to the roof of my mouth will give me the relief I’m after every time👍 .

So this past week I have had some nasal congestion and pressure and I remember seeing this little “hack” using DigestZen.

I dilute one / two drop in some fractionated coconut oil and rub it over the bridge of my nose and on upper cheeks where nasal tube lives.

It releases the pressure 👍

If you have an DigestZen Roller Touch this works also and even neat just depending on skin sensitivity and be careful near your eyes!

I figure because it supports us with bloating and tummy pressure it should work for my sinus pressure right😂

Give it a go and for those who have let me know your thoughts👇 .

It’s freezing here in Australia at the moment and I feel so much better this week after nursing a cold for the past five days.

I have changed it up a bit and using these oils all day diffusing and topically rolling on this blend.

If you are needing some respiratory support and want to change things up try this👇

Lemon, Breathe (aka Easy Air), Eucalyptus.

💧Diffuse three drops of each throughout the day and also at bedtime

💧Add 8-10 drops of each into an empty Roller Ball topped with a carrier oil like Fractionated Coconut and roll it on your chest and over the lung area multiple tones per day.

💧Add a couple of drop of lemons to your stainless steel water bottle and drink up! Cleansing from the inside out.

💧Lastly you can just pop the kids off, pop a drop or two all together on your hands, rub together and inhale!

💧Reach out if you have any questions at all!

Drop me a DM or come and join my Oils Group Online here.
