Fire hose reels are first-attack fire equipment used to supplement fire extinguishers - designed for small wood/paper fires or to contain a fire during evacuation.

Things to note:

❌ Not for electrical, fuel, or cooking oil fires.

🏢 Required in SA buildings over a 500m² floor area.

📍 Must be within 4m of an exit & max 40m from any point.

🛠️ Maintenance: 6-monthly test + annual full unwind test.

We offer short courses to teach you and your staff how to correctly use hose reels in an emergency.
