Quiet moments behind the scenes β€” cleaning, restocking, and caring for the small details that support your practice. ✨

When the space is tended with intention, it helps you arrive more fully on the mat.

A little New Year care behind the scenes ✨
Our Om ropes have been freshly cleaned and our studio sign lovingly maintained β€” tending to the details that quietly support your practice.
As we step into the new year, we begin with clarity, care, and respect for the tools and space that hold us.

β€œAttention to the small things creates the foundation for deeper practice.” πŸ™πŸ»

Looking forward to welcoming you back onto the mat πŸ™πŸ»πŸ•‰οΈπŸŒŸπŸ€ΈπŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Day 5 | Closing our Intensive at Om Yoga πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ.

Our final day brought everything together.🌟

Working through the koshas, the practice became quieter and more integrated β€” from the steadiness of the physical body to the subtle awareness beneath movement and breath.

The sequence supported balance, clarity and inner listening, allowing effort to soften into presence.

We closed the intensive grounded, nourished, and connected β€” carrying the effects of practice beyond the mat.

A reminder that yoga is not something we do, but something we gradually inhabit.

4 days of practice 🌟
4 layers of being πŸ•‰οΈ

Over the past four days we explored standing poses, forward bends, backbends, and the intelligence of the shoulders and abdominals β€” not just as physical work, but as a way of listening more deeply.
From the steadiness of the body,
to the rhythm of the breath,
to the quieting of the mind,
and finally to rest.

Each day closed with a restorative pause β€” allowing the nervous system to settle and the effects of practice to be absorbed.

Each day invited us to refine alignment, soften effort, and observe what changes when we stay present a little longer.

As B.K.S. Iyengar reminds us:

β€œYoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured.”

Grateful for the dedication, openness, and shared stillness of this beautiful group πŸ•‰οΈπŸ™πŸ»πŸ’œ
