END OF LEASE CLEAN - COMPLETE✅️

Who needs a gym when you've got an end of lease clean? From scrubbing, mopping, dusting, and discovering places we didn't even know existed (hello, mystery stain) Our Rise Team went from Good to Great showing what team work is made of.🧼🪣

There was definitely a few vacuum dance moves and mop mic performances along the way with a quick Subway lunch stop to refuel.
But hey teamwork makes the dream work and now the place is sparkling like it never has before. 🌟✨️🌟✨️

Big shoutout to our AWESOME crew for turning a huge clean up job into a day of laughts, teamwork, memories and a few sore muscles.😀👊📷💪

HoPpY Easter from Team Rise DSM 🐰

This week, we’ve been on the hunt spreading laughter, cheer, and egg-citement with our egg-cellent bunny ears. Yes, we wore them. Yes, there are photos and Yes we had lots of fun doing it. 🐰

Wishing you all a safe and hoppy, chocolate filled Easter weekend. Stay safe on the roads and cherish every moment with the one's you choose to spend it with. 🐰

Please note our 🐰 deserve a break. We look forward to seeing you all when we bounce back to work on Tuesday 22nd April.

This week at RISE, we celebrated Autisum Awareness in true style with Puzzle Sock Puppets and "Light it up Blue". Our team rolled up their sleeves (and socks) brought out the googly eyes and pom poms and created a quirky crew of sock puppet mascots. Each one bursting with personality and proudly representing the fun and unique spirit of RISE.

Every puppet is a reminder that neurodiversity is something to be celebrated with colour, creativity, personality and a whole lot of fun.
Whether they were naughty, silly, or just a little bit mischievous with their funky hairdos and quirky smirks, these sock personality took center stage and reminded us all that uniqueness is something to be proud of and celebrated.

To top it all off, in true Autism Awareness tradition, we accessorised in blue

Last week our team turned up the fun and awareness, from rocking our most ridiculous mismatched Socks for Down Syndrome Awareness to shining bright in Purple tops and accessories for Epilepsy Awareness.

Our team didn't hold back with the socks. There were 🐕 🦀 🐟 🍩 🥞, duff, neon with pastel and let's not forget the brave people who wore christmas socks in March
🎅🤣

Now let's talk purple there were purple tops,hair braids, socks, jewlery, and much more. Stealing the show was our tiniest mascot baby Parker Lincoln, snuggled up in his purple top at just 3 weeks old. He's already spreading love and Awareness in honour of his big brother Lincoln, who's shining light is a guiding star in the hearts and memories of everyone he had such an incredible impact on 💫💜

At RISE DSM Harmony Day reflects so many of our core values with Social Inclusion and Respect leading the way. We are all about creating a work place where everyone feels like they belong (yes, even if you insist pineapple 🍍 belong on pizza 🍕 we won't judge.... much 🤪🤣)

🎂🥉RISE DSM turns 3 🥉🎂
What do you get when you mix our 3rd birthday, employee of the month, quarterly staff birthdays, 2 years / staff recognition & pancake day all in one with a sports day themed quarterly staff team building day???? A whole lot of fun, laughter and team work done RISE DSM style. 😃🥳

Last Wednesday we celebrated 3 amazing yrs of RISE DSM and in true RISE fashion we went all out. There were games, friendly competition, and more 👋 than an NBA finals match. But the real MVPs???? Our incredible team! From relay races to head butting balloon the energy was literally bursting out the door.

🥞 Pancakes were a special highlight as we came together and took a moment to reflect and support Cancer Prevention as we all once again huddled around each other "Together As One"

🎂Happy Birthday to all our staff who have recently celebrated birthdays. May your year ahead be as awesome as you all were at sports day. 🔴🔵🟢🟡

💫 Congrat Alecia and Broni on passing your 12 week trial with flying colours. Welcome to the team ladies.

🥞 Flipping Fun for a Great Cause🥞

Yesterday we combined our 1/4 Team Bonding Day with Pancake Day to support Cancer Prevention and let's just say... it was a recipe for success! 🥞 We feel incredibly lucky to be part of such an amazing team surrounded by big hearts, lots of laughts and shared passion for making a difference. The work Cancer Prevention does is truly life changing and we are beyond greatful to contribute even in the smallest way.
