I grew up playing soccer and always loved being active. ⚽💪
But I kept seeing young men with disability missing out on movement, on mateship, on the confidence that comes from just doing life.
Low muscle tone. Not much social connection. No one to show them how to step into something healthier.

So I started something different.

Mentor Healthcare was born from a need to move physically, emotionally, socially.
We hike, lift, laugh, and learn side by side. No pressure. No judgement.
Just real support and space to grow. 💙
