Marco’s journey began after many years in the finance industry, where mentoring youth in his community sparked a deep passion for supporting others. Jees discovered his calling through volunteering and assistant in nursing work, gaining valuable experience caring for people from all walks of life.

Marco Barsotti and Jees Philip are dedicated support workers at IHS Home Care in Adelaide, committed to providing exceptional care guided by their faith.

Marco transitioned from a career in finance to support work, influenced by his extensive involvement in parish life, mentoring youth and young adults. He enjoys both outdoor activities like cycling, hiking, and beach walks, and indoor pursuits such as bowling, shopping, and socialising over coffee. Marco also has a passion for entertaining and fostering meaningful connections

Jees, after high school and experiences in Queensland and Adelaide, has developed a passion for caregiving. Like Marco, he is active in his parish community and enjoys sports, cooking, and developing new skills.

Both Marco & Jees are committed to fostering connection, service, and growth in their roles as support workers at IHS Home Care.
