As a Spiritual Mentor, Psychic, Medium, Meditation practitioner, Reiki Master, Breathwork facilitator and Channel/Oracle for the Collective Consciousness known as Jonah, Caroline offers her lifelong experiences and natural abilities for you. In the midst of grief—after the passing of my first husband when I was just 29 and raising a 9-year-old son—I turned to natural remedies and holistic solutions that helped calm my mind and body. Through meditation practices, I discovered a deep inner peace that gradually cleared the chaos within and opened me to a greater awareness beyond the mind’s suffering. This inner awakening marked the beginning of my spiritual path, eventually guiding me to study and embody deep meditation, mantra, and energy work for wellbeing. For the past 19 years, I’ve been honoured to support others through my private practice, offering energy techniques and holistic counselling to help clear emotional and energetic blockages and reconnect with the soul’s wisdom. Soulbyrds was born from my extensive training and experience in meditation, breathwork, tantra, Reiki, and channeling Jonah from the collective consciousness. Over the last six years, I’ve also had the joy of leading transformational retreats in India, Bali, and here in my hometown of Brisbane.
