As we welcome in 2026, many of us will have been reflecting on changes that we would like to make for the coming year.
Mindset is a common change people wish to make in their lives. Commonly we think of changing mindset as ‘thinking positively’ or ‘reciting affirmations’ to ourselves.
These are helpful steps, but to elicit our desired changes we need to engage the body as well as the mind.
How do we do this? We LIVE our mindset changes 🙌🏽 We complete actions that align with the mindset we wish to have. By practicing living how you would like to be, you breathe life into the reality you want to create until it solidifies from these purposeful actions ✨
