***AMANAE Transformational Bodywork ***

AMANAE is a mix of breathwork, hands on bodywork and energy work to release old, sometimes unconscious traumas and emotional blockages.. It helps you to really tune into your body and feel whatver is there to feel and be present with it, so the body can let it go.

Often in our lives we do not allow ourselves to fully express and feel our emotions. Already as a child, we learn that some emotions are more acceptable than others through the reactions of our parents and society. However, if we hide, suppress or ignore emotions like anger, fear, shame, joy and sadness, they get stored in our body, eventually forming blockages that can limit us in our lives.

In AMANAE we activate certain points, so called ‚doorways‘ , that help us to connect to those blockages. By bringing our full awareness to these points and allowing ourselves to fully feel what is there, we can let go of the old pains and traumas that are stored in our bodies.
As an AMANAE practitioner I guide and support you to feel and release what is held in your body so you can open your heart and come home to your true being.

I'm excited to announce that I will be offering Amane sessions again on at least one Saturday per month.

Amanae is a modality that simultaniously uses breathwork and hands on bodywork to help you connect to, feel and release stuck emotions and blockages from your body.
We work on so called "doorways", points, that are found all over the body and often overlap with the chakras, as well as with the themes that are associated with them. It is very powerful. You are guided to breathe into the point or area that we are working on and to bring all your awareness and presence there.
This allows you to feel whatever is there and to let it shift and release.

Each session is different and directly taylored to your needs on the day. Afterwards you are likely to feel light, relieved and calm.

If you are spontaneous and feel like this is the right time, you can book a session for tomorrow, the 28th of January.

Dates for February will open very soon.

The yoga classes is Seacliff are starting again on the 2nd of February. Every Thursday 9:30am-10:30am at the Seacliff Uniting Church.
The classes are suitable for everybody and every level of fitness and are a beautiful way to connect to yourself while getting more flexible and fit along the way.
Passes for term 1 (11 classes) are $60/$145.

If you don’t want to commit for a whole term, you can always drop in and pay on the day, it’s $20/$18.

I am so excited that I have been selected to crew at the upcoming NLP & HYPNOSIS TRAINING] hypnotherapy training!
This training has helped me to get an even deeper understanding of myself, to appreciate and love myself on a whole new level, gain confidence and self trust and to let go of many old limiting beliefs I was still holding on to and that were ready to go.
It also has provided me with new skills to create guided meditations and to support friends and clients during coaching sessions as it‘s a perfect addition to NLP and TLT®.
I‘m so honored to be helping the new students with learning these life changing skills! The course starts on the 23rd of October, in 3 weeks 🙌

New Yoga Class in Seacliff starting TERM 4:
Kundalini Yoga – Release stress and increase your flexibility and strength

When and where?
Thursdays 9:30-10:30 am
Seacliff Uniting Church, 5 Wheatland Street, SA 5049
Car park at the back, via Yacca Rd.

Who is it for?
This class and yoga style is suitable for everybody regardless of level of fitness and flexibility. You start where you are and adapt when necessary:
People who sit a lot.
Busy (over)thinkers.
Busy mums.
People who want to become more flexible.
People who do a lot of exercise and want to add some different movement.
People who like to try something new.

What is it?
Weekly 60 minutes Yoga classes
· Warm up, followed by
· yoga sets for the flexibility of the spine, to activate your energy and to release stress and tension from your body and mind. During class you will be asked to focus on your breathing while doing the exercises and you will also learn a couple of simple breathing techniques that you can use at home (to calm down, to energize yourself, to feel balanced, …).
· Relaxation/ short meditation at the end to set you up for the day.

Cost:
$130 for the whole term (9x classes)/
$120 concession
$20 drop in/ $18 concession

One thing I have noticed since I finished posting every day for the :
I need a social media strategy or plan because otherwise I end up not sharing anything. In other words, I need to challenge myself to show up regularly on set days instead of waiting for the right time or waiting until I “have” time. Because I have the same amount of time as we all have. It’s about making the time and just doing it.
I learned so much from making reels and showing up every day.
Let me share some of my learnings/reasons that made the whole thing feel effortless and fun:

☀️I stopped overthinking and just did it. I almost always used the first video I recorded without wasting time on judging wether it was ‘good enough’ or I looked ‘good enough’.
☀️I gave myself permission to just be me. No filters. I added a sparkly filter on the 30th reel because it IS fun to suddenly appear like having flawless skin etc. But I don’t want to use filters all the time because then I end up having to compare myself to that flawless social media version of myself…
☀️Making reels and posting them every day allowed me to play with my creativity every day. Yay!
☀️Committing to something and actually doing it every day often has a positive ripple effect: in my case it increased self trust and I started to commit to a morning routine again which I stopped in late pregnancy. I feel like a different person with regular self care!
☀️It showed me that it IS possible to commit to something and doing it even in the unpredictability of life with a baby.
☀️…and more.
I challenge myself now to keep showing up according to my plan and to keep allowing myself to just be me and to keep it effortless and fun. Who’s with me in that?

TRUST THE TIMING
A reminder to myself and for anyone else who needs to hear it..
These days I catch myself sometimes wanting to do more and to be already many steps ahead from where I am now, especially in my business.
I then remind myself (once I’m sick of the FOMO😉), that I am exactly where I need to be right now, doing exactly what I’m doing: Looking after a little human who is new to this beautiful Earth! The time where he needs me full time and is totally dependent on me will most likely pass quicker than I can imagine right now!
That’s my number one priority at the moment.
And still I care about my business and my clients at the same time. I’m really looking forward to working again because I just love what I am doing so much! Which in itself is something I’m super grateful for! It’s just all happening at a slower but steady pace. And every time I remind myself to trust the timing, I come back to the now and enjoy (almost) every moment of it. 😊 And I give myself permission to keep it simple for now. Like writing a post, showing up in my stories and sending out a newsletter later this month. If you want to be on my email list, just let me know via dm.
