Life transitions don’t have to be the BIG and obvious.

They can be subtle, overtime, without creating much noise.

But in either case those times demand from us a different version of ourselves. The old self does not serve the new situation.

Having been through tonnes of life transitions, like many other women, I can say that we all eventually mould into a desired version or break parts of us (metaphorical sometimes literally 😄). So it isn't the final destination but the process we go through that needs love and attention.

That's why I created a space for women navigating all sorts of transitions to share, learn, feel safe and neutralise the times of stress and pressure.
