Hi Gorgeous Soul,

This is something I see so often and I truly understand why.

There’s a belief that if you give a Psychic or Medium too much information, the reading becomes less genuine. That they will simply use what you’ve shared rather than receiving it from the other side.

But this isn’t how it works.

Some of us can read into future pathways but we are not mind readers. It isn’t our role to determine what it is you want or need without you communicating it.

A reading is a connection.
And communication is always a two way exchange.

Your Spirit Guides and your Loved Ones are there to guide and support you but they do not step in with unsolicited advice. They respond when you invite them into the conversation.

If you are not asking, not opening up or not engaging, there is no clear pathway for that guidance to come through.

It is not the information that makes a reading powerful.
It is the connection.

5 ways you were told your needs don’t matter.
And how those messages quietly became
the voice inside your own head.

These patterns aren’t personality traits,
they are nervous system adaptations.

They were learned in environments
where your needs weren’t fully seen,
held or supported.

01 / “Don’t be so sensitive.”

This taught you your emotional responses
were too much.

So you learned to shrink them.
To apologise for feeling deeply.
To call your own sensitivity a problem.

But your sensitivity was never the issue.
It was simply something others
didn’t have the capacity to hold.

You were not too much.
You were just unsupported.

02 / “Others have it worse.”

This taught you to compare your pain
instead of feel it.

To invalidate your own experience
before anyone else could.

But pain is not a competition.

Your struggles are real,
regardless of what anyone else is carrying.

Your pain doesn’t need
to earn its place.

03 / “You’re so needy.”

This taught you that wanting connection,
reassurance, or support was a burden.

So you stopped asking.
You became independent
not from strength,
but from protection.

Having needs isn’t needy.
It’s human.

You were not needy.
You were under-held.

04 / “Just push through it.”

This taught you that rest was weakness.

That struggle was something to override,
not tend to.

So your nervous system learned to brace.

before anyone else can.

Pausing before you say
“I’m fine”
when you’re not.

Letting one need be valid today.
Just one.
Without guilt.
Without shrinking it first.

That’s where it begins.

Not in a big moment of healing

to stop being the one

In the last 2 months many people have had the belief that the collective vibration is rising however I have seen an influx of negative beings, entities, Gremlins and Passed Souls with unfinished business attaching to people that are not protecting their energy.

So as I have always said energy protection and cleansing everyday is the one self care practice that I don’t think anyone should ever skip. I usually recommend this for regular everyday human situations but now more than ever because of this influx of unseen negative energy.

It can be so difficult to detect these beings attached to you unless someone else notices it or you get to a point where everything in your life is going downhill and by this point they have done so much damage that it can be a long journey back to balance.

We especially need to protect our Spiritually Gifted Children as their minds are developing and this can make them vulnerable at times and the darkness wants more than anything to dim the light so the best way to do that is to attach to the Lightworkers so they aren’t spreading Light.

But gifted or not, adult or adolescent it doesn’t matter. If people want to brave the storm of the next 2 years my #1 advice is to CLEANSE WITH SAGE AND PROTECT YOUR ENERGY EVERYDAY! No Excuses!

As the Universe said to Jada when she was awakened. “If every single human on the planet protected their energy every day the world would be a completely different place.”

All of the things being exposed in the world right now, yes it is real (some of it falsely skewed but very much has happened and is happening). But we don’t have to consume it. It is not our battle let darkness consume itself. We must raise our vibrations so the darkness doesn’t impact our everyday balance.

If we cannot control it we must not consume it.

The ONLY thing someone who is not directly impacted by the corruption in the world can do is to stay balanced and maintain a high vibration. If everyone does this the darkness cannot dim the collective light.

If we consume it and allow it to impact our emotions we become part of the darkness. As my friend Sophie’s Guides always say… “Which wolf will you feed today?” Choose joy, happiness, and peace. Not anger, bitterness, resentment, and revenge.

They have publicized all of this negative news to dim our light don’t let them win.

Cleanse and protect your energy and only consume content that uplifts you or helps you grow. Everything else is just noise.

True abundance isn’t just about money. It is about personal, professional, and spiritual abundance.

Money is a tool. An energetic tool that regenerates and flows with ease and flow.

It’s meant to support life, not become a source of constant pressure or fear.

When we’re stuck in survival mode, our thoughts often sound like:
“I can’t afford that.”
“I just need to get through this month.”
“Maybe later, when things are easier.”
“I am working to provide us a better life”
“As soon as I get to this point I will be able to enjoy it”

The challenge with survival/ scarcity thinking is that it keeps us focused on lack not living.

A small shift in the way we think about money can make all the difference:

Instead of thinking “I need money to eat”
try “I desire nourishing food that provides me needed energy.”

Instead of “I can’t afford rest”
try “Rest helps me function better and make better decisions.”

This isn’t about ignoring reality or spending irresponsibly.
It’s about giving money a purpose beyond stress.

When money is connected to wellbeing, health, growth and enjoyment even in small ways, our relationship with it changes and when our relationship with money changes, our choices and confidence often follow.

True abundance is having everything you need when you need it. You must get clear on what you need/desire for your life. It is within that belief of deserving that your financial means will match it.

Start with:
I am worthy of healthy, nourishing food because it provides energy and vitality.
I am worthy of self care routines that include (massage, reflexology, natural skin care, accupuncture or whatever you desire for your self care)
I am worthy of a workplace that values my knowledge and expertise that treats me with respect, that feels like family and is a supportive place where I can grow and thrive.
I am worthy of joy and excitement and the freedom and time to experience it (travel, beach time, painting, crafting, going to sporting events, doing whatever you want to experience).

Abundance begins when you recognize you are worthy of more than just survival. 🤍

Manifestation isn’t about choosing between survival and joy.

So many people delay self-care, rest, or the things their Soul is quietly asking for because of fear.

I can’t afford it.
I should be more responsible.
I need to prioritize needs over wants.

But here’s what I always say
You were never meant to live in constant sacrifice.

When your nervous system is regulated, when your energy feels supported, when you allow yourself moments of nourishment, you don’t lose abundance.
You activate it.

Self-care isn’t reckless.
It’s not irresponsible.
And it’s not a reward you earn only after exhaustion.

It’s an energetic statement that says:
✨ I trust that my needs are met AND my desires matter. ✨

Manifestation flows when you stop forcing yourself to choose.
You don’t have to pick between practicality and pleasure.
You don’t have to delay joy to prove you’re worthy of stability.

You can have both.
Support and expansion.
Responsibility and rest.
Needs met and desires honoured.

Sometimes the most powerful act of manifestation is allowing yourself to receive without fear, without guilt, and without shrinking your wants.

Trust your Soul’s nudge.
It knows what it’s doing. 🤍✨
