Come and join me this Wednesday at My Rainbow Cafe for a fun essential oils workshop in the beautiful sea breeze as we sip coffee or tea and enjoy the amazing view.

It's my birthday....

Cypress- The Oil of Motion & Flow
Rosemary - The Oil of Knowledge & Transition
Tangerine - The Oil of Cheer & Creativity

Today I wanted to come up with a special blend to enjoy on my birthday. I was feeling a bit down about the whole thing actually so I needed something to lift me up. It's funny how the oils take hold though, because what I actually created for myself was the aromatic anchor that's going to get me through the next few months, not just today. Big things are happening, life is shifting. Things are about to change in huge ways and even though it is completely wonderful the sheer magnitude of 'all the things' to get through is like a weight on my shoulders that is very hard to move. This blend though! I can't even tell you. I was drawn to these oils intuitively and I can see why. Motion and Flow, Knowledge and Transition, Cheer and Creativity. This blend is what is going to help me shift that weight, and truthfully the fact that I am even writing this post shows that it has already started to take effect.
