Your brain already knows how to heal—Dynamic Neurofeedback just gives it the mirror.

Traditional neurofeedback “pushes” your brain toward pre-set targets. Our Dynamic Neurofeedback does the opposite: every 1/256th of a second, sensors notice tiny shifts in your brainwaves and feed that information straight back to you through gentle breaks in music. Your nervous system spots the pattern, self-corrects and—session by session—builds its own balance.

What clients notice most often
• Calmer reactions in stressful moments
• Sharper focus without the caffeine roller-coaster
• Deeper, more refreshing sleep
• Reduced “mental fog” after illness, injury or long hours on screens

🚫 No medication, no invasive tech—just a relaxed 33-minute session in a comfy chair.

Curious to feel the difference for yourself? Message Neurofeedback Albany with the word “BALANCE” and we’ll send you our available appointment times. Your brain, better informed—ready to thrive.

Brain-training that feels like chill-time — and is backed by solid data

Sharper focus: Dynamic Neurofeedback gave universtiy students with ADHD crisper attention, lower anxiety and a lift in academic confidence in a 2017 PhD study.

Calmer nerves: Adults with long-term PTSD cut their symptom scores by ~25 points after 20-30 sessions in a 2017 case series.

Quieter ears: Italian clinics halved tinnitus distress with just 10 sessions in a 2024 pilot.

Happier mindset: A community audit showed anxiety and depression dropping fastest once clients reached the 15-session mark.

🚫 No meds, no invasive tech. Simply relax, listen to music, and let real-time feedback guide your brain into better balance. Most people feel the shift by session 10 and lock it in by session 20.

A 2017 doctoral study using the Neurofeedback put 11 university students with ADHD through just 16 sessions over eight weeks. The results were striking:

Sharper focus & calmer energy – significant drops in inattention and hyperactivity scores

Better mood & outlook – depression and anxiety fell, while self-concept rose

Academic confidence that keeps climbing – academic self-efficacy continued improving even four weeks after training ended

The only side-effect reported? Participants felt pleasantly tired after a session—no medication and no invasive procedures needed

What this means for you
If you juggle study/work stress, attention lapses or low motivation, drug-free brain training offers a research-backed path to better regulation and resilience. Sessions are simple: relax in a chair, listen to music, and let your brain receive real-time feedback.
